BIY only cater drawing, design DIY items and some paper craft work, so item(s) request maybe rejected if it is over our limit but we will do our very best to do what we can.
All you have to do is to follow the instructions below and pre-sent an order to us.

Instructions

· BIY items are only available in Singapore

· Prices are charge only in Singapore Dollars

· BIY serve all age.

· Only meet up for item(s) and payments are available

· Order must be given 2 weeks before item(s) and payment meet up

· Item(s) ordered will be done between 3 to 5 days on a pre-ordered basis

· Item(s) ordered are limited to 2-3 per time depending on the size.

· Item(s) can be custom-made or as shown in the picture

· Item(s) seen in picture may not be exactly the same due to handmade

· No cancelling of orders after it has been confirmed.

· No changing of design or item(s) after conforming of product

· No payment via Bank transfer or other media method

· Email will be sent for further instructions after seen of order

· Cost of item will be made and given after seen of order

· Item ordered that are impossible to made will be notified after seen of order

· Do check for email within 5days for confirmation of your order(s).
